We’re seeking a capable and innovative Business Analyst to join our high performing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for digital transformation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs for the IT and Digital Transformation team.
• Develop and present business cases for proposed solutions, including return on investment (ROI) and anticipated benefits.
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
• Communicate changes effectively to all impacted stakeholders, creating a sense of buy-in and ownership.
• Create and deliver training materials and workshops to ensure end-users are proficient in new systems and processes.

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within construction, engineering, or project-based environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex business problems.
• Expertise in process mapping and re-engineering methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications in project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2
