Are you a solutions-focused Accounts Payable Officer looking for your next challenge?
We’re seeking a capable and innovative Accounts Payable Officer to join our high performing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.
What you'll be doing:
- End‑to‑end processing of high‑volume supplier invoices using Docs2Me and MYOB, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed timeframes
- Review, code and validate invoices, resolving discrepancies and coordinating approvals with Engineers and Project Managers
- Manage supplier accounts, including statement reconciliations, query resolution and maintenance of accurate master data
- Prepare and process scheduled payment runs, ensuring approvals are obtained in line with delegations
- Support month‑end activities, including accruals, reconciliations and reporting support
- Administer corporate credit cards and support new supplier onboarding and compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, audit support and general finance team activities
What you'll bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems (e.g. MYOB, Docs2Me, Oracle)
- Exposure to reconciliations, accruals and month‑end processes
- A Certificate III or IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Business Administration
